Following on from a month of mourning of Thailand’s beloved King Bhumibol Adulyadej , live music is now accepted at Thailand venues again. It was announced earlier in the week and the “Bamboo Bar” started again with their popular resident band on Thursday night, and they will be on stage most nights.
One of the regular and much loved members Kuhn Jun is not back yet and will be missed for a while. However the live music was most welcome and as usual some of the local farang stars were invited on stage to contribute.
The Bamboo Bar and Restaurant is the longest established international venue in town and as well as having a great atmosphere in the evenings, serves up wonderful food all day.
Good food, great fun and wonderful ambiance.
