A great night was had by all with the locals spoilt for choice with all of their favourite venues putting on a special night to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
With most of the people trying to fit in two or three parties over the night it was difficult to keep up and to try and be in a resonable state by midnight.
There was “Nothing but the Blues” at Jimmy’s Sports bar with the girls dressed for the occasion.
Paddys Irish Bar was in full flow with Dave and Vincent getting everyone in the mood.

Oli’s wine bar had another fantastic party with Nan and her staff taking care of everybody. Oliver and his brother Julian along with Papa Jean were also on form to raise the odd glass or two.
Some of us managed to make it to the Bamboo Bar by midnight where the party was in full flow. The band was still going strong but were very happy that some of our local talant helped out with a few songs including a bit of Thai from our Buriram Times sports reporter !!
A superb night for those who stayed in the town. There will be a seperate article for the big bash at the stadium.
