Buriram had a useful workout against Kelantan in Malaysia and came away with a 3-1 victory. The home side caused Buriram’s defence a few problems on a bumpy pitch , though the margin of victory should have been greater.

The deadlock was broken in the 23rd minute when Edgar was brought down and Diogo coolly dispatched the penalty.

A minute before the interval a lightning break out of defence saw Supachai finish clinically in the corner to make it 2-0.

Kelantan pulled a goal back in the 51st minute with a penalty before Suchao wrapped things up in the 63rd with a low, thirty-yard shot which the keeper should have saved.

Anon looked good in a central midfield role, something I’ve been wanting to see. Hopefully he can fill the void left by Seul-Ki.
