The South suffers more floods as crocodiles escape.

After another period of torrential rain and floods in the south of Thailand, in particular Nakhon Si Thammarat, where the airport had to be closed down, at least 10 crocodiles escaped from the local zoo.

A sad end for one of the escaped crocodiles.

This initially caused alarm for the local population and after getting them in their sights managed to shoot a couple which were quickly skinned and butchered. The meat was then shared amongst the neighbours which proved to be very tender and delicious

The locals are currently trying to track down the remaining eight to make sure that everyone remains safe from these dangerous (tasty) reptiles.
