The Prime Minister has conratulated boxer Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and has urged Thai youth to hold him up as a role model for success.
A Government Spokesman revealed the Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha had congratulated Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, who won The WBC super flyweight title after beating the “undefeated” reigning champion Roman Gonzalez.
“The Prime Minister has praised Srisaket for his aspiration and fearlessness which through his strong mind and determination led him to win against the former world champion before the eyes of the world. It was a result of his hard work to train and strengthen his body and mind.”
The Prime Minister had asked Thai youth to view Srisaket as a role model for success, as he overcame obstacles, no matter how big, with determination that ultimately granted him his great triumph.
