Buriram won the title in style with a crushing 4-0 victory over Police Tero. The home side were three up inside twenty minutes to claim their fifth championship with their eighth consecutive win.

Muang Thong’s misery was compounded when they went down 2-1 at Ubon.

Sukothai confirmed their top flight status for next season with a 3-1 home victory over Chonburi. Fellow strugglers Thai Honda and Sisaket met and although Jesus netted a hat-trick for Honda in a 5-2 victory, both teams were relegated.

Chiang Rai United edged Nakhon Ratchasima 1-0 at home with a stoppage time winner and Ratchaburi beat Navy 2-1 at home.

A late strike gave Suphanburi a 1-1 home draw with Bangkok United who are well in the race for the runners-up spot. Pattaya United had a resounding 5-2 win at Bangkok Glass to continue their excellent season.

Finally, rock-bottom Super Power suffered a 3-1 home defeat by Thai Port with three goals coming in the last seven minutes.
