According to the most recent weather forecast from the Thai Meteorological Department, heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected in various regions over the next 24 hours. These conditions are due to the southwest monsoon covering the Andaman Sea, Thailand, and the Gulf of Thailand, along with a low-pressure system over parts of upper Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin. The public is advised to exercise caution and be prepared for potential hazards caused by thunderstorms and strong winds, as well as to take care of their health as the weather changes.

In the Andaman Sea, moderate winds are generating waves ranging from 1 to 2 meters in height. In areas affected by thunderstorms, wave heights may exceed 2 meters. It is recommended that boat operators in the Andaman Sea exercise caution and avoid traveling through thunderstorm-affected areas during this period.

The Northeastern Region has a 60% chance of thunderstorms, accompanied by heavy rain and strong winds in certain areas, particularly in provinces such as Loei, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Udon Thani, Nong Bua Lamphu, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Mukdahan, Roi Et, and Yasothon. The region will continue to experience hot weather during the day, with temperatures ranging from 23-26°C as the lowest and 33-37°C as the highest. Southwesterly winds are expected to blow at speeds of 10-20 km/h.
