After our interview with former Buriram striker Gilberto Macena, he promised to keep us informed of any future playing developments. True to his word , Gilberto has been in touch to tell us that he has signed a six month contract with reigning Saudi Arabia champions Al Qadisyah.
The club is based in Khobar and Gilberto has joined fellow Brazilian Jandson until the end of the season. He feels he has a couple of good years left in him and wants to remain in Asia. We wish both of our former Buriram friends well for the future.
