Strawberries aplenty.

If you love your strawberries, Buriram now has its very own strawberry farm.

It is located just past the Immigration Office heading towards Surin.

Can’t miss the sign

After admiring the fields of ripe strawberries, we wandered along to the shop where we were kindly offered a sample to taste.

Of course they were delicious and without hesitation we bought a couple of packets at 100 baht each.

They are organically grown which adds to the flavour and the staff at the shop were most welcoming and very helpful.

100 baht a pack

On the way home we stopped off at Robinson’s and bought some “Cream Fresh” and had a wonderful afternoon tea.

What a perfect day here in our adopted home of Thailand.

Strawberry fields forever! (Reminds me of a song I once heard)
