It has been announced that Thailand will play South Korea in a friendly on March 27 at the Supachalasai Stadium in Bangkok, kick off 7.30pm. This has been made possible because both teams have had a World Cup qualifying match cancelled due to FIFA suspensions of their opponents.

It will be a stern test for Thailand and will give a good indication of what they will be facing in the next World Cup qualifying stage ,beginning in September. Both teams play on the March 24 when Thailand face Iraq though the game is being played in Iran 9pm, and they have both already qualified for the third qualifying round. The South Korea game will be screened live on tv, as will the Iraq match ( Channel 1 HD 31,41).
